Are you wondering what we’ll be covering in the 4-week condensed course?
- We will learn and practice the basics of written and spoken Spanish, with a focus on phrases you’ll need for successful travel, including:
- The alphabet (spelling your name, your email address)
- Greetings (Hola, ¿Cómo está? ¿Qué tal?, hasta luego)
- Numbers, colours and shopping (¿Cúanto cuesta?)
- Dates, seasons and time (used for reservations)
- Useful travel phrases and questions (i.e. gracias, ¡ayuda!, asking for directions)
- Food (ordering food at the restaurant)
The class will be 2 hours and 20 minutes long, with a 15-minute break.
The sessions will combine instructor-led exercises with plenty of opportunities for practice with peers.
